Due to the spongy fabric, you might be tempted to downsize, but for an optimal fit and scrunch effect, choose your normal size.
NOTE: The Scrunch Leggings are tested under pressure to secure good quality. Be mindful when putting them on pulling them up over your thighs and bum before you pull the scrunch up. The scrunch should go between your buttocks for the best look and to minimize the pressure on the seam.
