Carbo Basic Plus is a unique carbohydrate blend with a high proportion of long-chain, complex carbohydrates, specially developed for high-intensity and long-lasting exertion. Directions for use:
Fill one third of the 750ml bottle with water, add 60 g of powder and shake well. Fill the rest of the bottle with water and shake again.
Depending on the temperature and intensity, 0.4 to 0.8 litres of fluid and 30 to 90g of carbohydrates should be consumed per hour during exertion.
